First printed book in Arabic

The Jauhari Dictionary was the first printed book with Arabic script translated into Turkish. This dictionary was the most popular book and has never lost its popularity for over a thousand years. Dictionary appeared in the second half of the 8th century and was called the "Crown of Speech and Right of the Arabic language." Its author Ismail Abu Nasr ibn Ham-od al-Farabi al-Jauhari included in it forty thousand entries, which are normative forms of pure Arabic, provided precise pronunciation and the correct spelling of words in the correct form.
